Responsibilities
- Drive the vision and strategy of host education programs across the host lifecycle, from onboarding through long-term optimization.
- Lead the strategy, design, and execution of scaled host education initiatives with cross-functional partners.
- Define program goals, align them to OKRs, and continuously improve effectiveness using data and host feedback.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data Science, Policy, Design, Customer Support, Community, and Supply teams to align priorities and roadmaps.
- Scope and sequence large-scale initiatives, remove obstacles, formulate solutions, align stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work.
- Communicate program strategy, performance, and impact to partners and senior or executive leadership.
- Partner with production and editorial teams to create webinars, videos, articles, in-product content, live events, and toolkits.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, marketing, education, or program management.
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and driving results in a matrixed organization.
- Expertise designing and facilitating educational content and programs for adults or professional audiences.
- Ability to connect business goals to detailed execution.
- Strong data and analytics acumen, with experience using insights to guide decisions and optimize impact.
- Exceptional communication skills with executive leadership and external partners.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence partners, and align teams around priorities.
- Experience managing complex global programs at scale while balancing competing priorities and resources.
- Experience designing inclusive, culturally sensitive programs for global audiences.
- Experience using LLMs or generative AI for research, workflow acceleration, and prototyping.
- Passion for fostering connection and belonging.
Compensation
- Base pay range: $192,000–$240,000 USD.
- May also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and employee travel credits.
