Own revenue generation across EliseAI’s existing housing GTM partner portfolio through relationship development, co-selling, enablement, and pipeline management. The role requires 2+ years in startup sales, partnerships, alliances, or GTM operations, strong Salesforce discipline, and in-person availability four to five days per week.

Responsibilities
Relationship Development
- Build and maintain high-value relationships at the representative, director, and executive levels across assigned partner accounts and territories.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for partner field teams and support deal routing.
- Lead joint planning with partner counterparts to develop mutual performance objectives and achieve shared revenue targets.
- Represent EliseAI at partner events, conferences, and co-hosted field programs.
Pipeline Generation and Co-Selling
- Own partner-sourced SQO targets for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with EliseAI Account Executives and partner field representatives to drive co-selling, deal routing, and pipeline conversion.
- Run regular touchpoints with partner representatives to surface opportunities, remove blockers, and maintain EliseAI mindshare.
- Maintain accurate partner attribution in Salesforce from initial introduction through closed-won.
Enablement
- Build and deliver talk tracks, objection-handling guides, and qualification criteria for partner field teams.
- Run recurring enablement sessions covering EliseAI positioning, ideal customer profile, and deal mechanics.
- Create field-ready materials that simplify partner referrals and co-selling.
Reporting and QBRs
- Track pipeline health and partner-sourced opportunity progression in Salesforce weekly.
- Communicate quarter-to-date performance, blockers, and opportunities to the GTM Partnerships Lead.
- Run business reviews with partner stakeholders covering revenue, pipeline health, and the next-play roadmap.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a fast-paced startup go-to-market motion, including sales, partnerships, alliances, or GTM strategy and operations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through a partner-led or co-selling motion.
- Executive presence with startup and enterprise stakeholders.
- Strong Salesforce discipline, including pipeline hygiene, attribution, and performance reporting.
- Direct, clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast execution and willingness to prioritize progress over perfection.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial instincts and a strong ownership mentality.
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $120,000–$150,000 OTE.
