Build and lead the foundational People function for a rapidly scaling AI healthcare company, spanning performance, development, culture, compensation, workforce planning, and hiring. Responsibilities
- Build Anterior’s People function and distinctive company culture as the organization scales.
- Run semi-annual performance reviews, 360° feedback, development plans, coaching, and feedback practices.
- Own onboarding, community, culture, compensation benchmarking, leveling, workforce planning, and forecasting.
- Own the hiring plan and end-to-end hiring process, including intake, job descriptions, interviews, assessments, and candidate experience.
- Build engineering talent pipelines through sourcing tools, referrals, communities, events, and employer branding.
- Manage external recruiting partners and measure their performance.
- Build ATS tooling and automation, including clean pipelines, response-time SLAs, and funnel metrics.

Compensation
- Salary range: $180,000–$230,000.
