Responsibilities

  • Lead Harvey's Executive Assistants as one coordinated team, including directly managing EAs supporting VPs.
  • Own end-to-end hiring and match assistants with the executive(s) they support.
  • Manage transitions and re-matches as the organization evolves.
  • Set shared expectations, service levels, and ways of working for executive support.
  • Partner with executives on assistants' performance and development.
  • Drive leveling and compensation fairness across the EA team with leaders, Compensation, and People Business Partners.
  • Manage global support coverage and ratios, balance team workload, and plan capacity for new executive hires and market expansion.
  • Provide interim hands-on coverage when needed so executives are continuously supported.
  • Partner with Onboarding, IT, and People Business Partner teams to coordinate smooth executive starts.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a team of Executive Assistants or executive-support professionals, including hiring, development, and setting standards.
  • Track record supporting C-level and senior leaders, with strong judgment and executive presence.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-scaling company.
  • Strong operational instincts, including building systems, playbooks, and support ratios.
  • Excellent judgment handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience managing across multiple offices and time zones, ideally globally.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
  • Experience influencing without direct authority across engineering, product, go-to-market, and G&A teams.
  • Bias toward ownership, speed, and accountability.
