Responsibilities
- Shape the company’s Total Rewards and HRIS philosophy and strategy, ensuring programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and scalable.
- Build a market-informed total compensation framework covering job architecture, pay bands, bonuses, and equity.
- Oversee benefits strategy and administration, including vendor relationships and regulatory compliance.
- Build the HRIS and People Data foundation, including systems roadmaps, data integrity, integrations, reporting, and metrics.
- Partner with IT, Data, and functional leaders on People technology, tools, and reporting.
- Design and manage employee recognition programs.
- Monitor market trends, benchmarking data, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop the Total Rewards, HRIS, and Data team.
- Own the Total Rewards budget and vendor relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in total rewards or a related HR discipline.
- Experience leading a team.
- Experience building or significantly evolving compensation frameworks, benefits programs, and equity plans at a high-growth company.
- Experience owning an HRIS roadmap and building people data infrastructure.
- Knowledge of the regulatory and security landscape governing compensation, benefits, and people data.
- Financial discipline managing compensation and benefits spending.
- Ability to operate strategically while handling detailed execution and ambiguous, changing environments.
- Fluency with Rippling, Carta, Google Workspace, and Slack.
Compensation & Benefits
