Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, from scoping and planning through execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary client contact, addressing concerns and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stay current with healthcare analytics trends and best practices, incorporating relevant insights and technologies into service offerings.
- Build client relationships, support repeat business, identify opportunities within existing accounts, and contribute thought leadership through presentations, publications, and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–6 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field, with a record of delivering analytics solutions to clients.
- Strong project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Ability to apply AI strategically, evaluate its limitations, explore relevant tools and workflows, and use AI-enhanced processes for research, analysis, writing, and productivity.
Nice to Have
- Consulting or professional services experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.
- Advanced analytical skills, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
- Experience with market landscaping, patient journey analysis, line-of-therapy analytics, segmentation and targeting, forecasting, or business development and licensing analytics.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base pay for San Francisco Bay Area and New York City: $122,000–$155,000 USD.
- Annual base pay for all other US locations: $106,000–$135,000 USD.
- Potential eligibility for performance-based bonuses and equity awards.
