Responsibilities
- Own and deliver implementations from kickoff to wrap-up, including discovery, milestone mapping, risk management, and execution.
- Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact during implementations and build high-trust relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Design creative solutions to meet customer needs using existing product and services, while identifying potential future needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product and services to guide customers and make effective trade-offs.
- Conduct customer enablement sessions on complex product features.
- Coordinate internal and customer teams, sequence dependencies, and renegotiate timelines when inputs change.
- Represent the customer’s needs to product and engineering by surfacing patterns, blockers, and feature requests.
- Build scalable playbooks, tooling, and processes to make implementations faster, more consistent, and measurable.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in management consulting, solutions, or software implementation, preferably at a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience leading customers through complex programs or projects.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and thrive in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a strategic perspective.
- Systems-thinking approach and ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous problems.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and hold stakeholders accountable.
- Ability to identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
- Interest in using AI solutions to drive impact.
Compensation
- Annual salary range: $112,500–$143,800.
