Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic customers throughout the solution lifecycle, from discovery and implementation through optimization and ongoing value realization.
- Lead complex client engagements by assessing needs, defining solutions, and driving outcomes that maximize customer value.
- Conduct workshops, technical assessments, and executive briefings on authentication, fraud prevention, and voice biometrics best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze client business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and mitigate risk.
- Guide customer teams through complex integrations and change management, resolve technical issues, and ensure adoption of solutions.
- Develop thought leadership content, including white papers, case studies, and reusable best-practice resources.
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to continuous learning and consulting excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of consulting, technical account management, solution delivery, or customer-facing technical experience in SaaS, cloud, security, or fintech environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex client engagements and solve challenging business and technical problems.
- Expertise in enterprise architecture, authentication, fraud risk, or voice-driven technologies.
- Outstanding client relationship skills and comfort presenting to C-level and executive stakeholders.
- Resourcefulness, strong communication skills, AI fluency, resilience, adaptability, and accountability.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with contact center technology, voice biometrics, or security solution integration.
- Management consulting experience or experience in high-growth technology environments.
- Technical certifications such as AWS, security, or networking certifications, or an advanced degree.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $109,000–$131,000 USD.
- Eligible for additional compensation through an annual discretionary bonus and commission payments.
