Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Workday, focusing on Payroll, Time Tracking, or Time Off and Absence while collaborating on Core HCM, Benefits, Talent, and Advanced Compensation.
- Design, build, and maintain custom Workday reports and complex calculated fields.
- Manage mass data updates, tenant configuration changes, and business process improvements using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
- Partner with Finance, Payroll, IT, and People teams to troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, and deploy system enhancements.
- Assist with evaluating, testing, and implementing Workday bi-annual releases, new features, and system patches.
- Provide tier-2 support for system bugs and configuration updates, and support end-user training.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
- Strong functional understanding of Payroll, Time Tracking, or Time Off and Absence.
- Broad knowledge of Core HCM, Benefits, Talent & Performance, and Advanced Compensation business processes.
- Experience building custom Workday reports, using advanced calculated fields, and executing data loads via EIBs.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data integrity.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders across Finance and HR.
Nice-to-haves
- Foundational knowledge of Workday Studio, integrations, or Workday Extend.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or manufacturing environment.

- Annual base salary: $120,000–$150,000.
