IT Ops Engineer
Provides in-office and remote IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and AV issues while managing access, endpoints, onboarding, and IT operations. Requires at least five years of IT support experience, macOS and networking knowledge, security awareness, and practical AI fluency.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for in-office and remote staff on IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and AV problems.
- Use AI tools to triage requests, draft documentation, write scripts, and research solutions.
- Manage and prioritize help-desk requests through IT ticketing systems.
- Create, manage, and support user accounts and access controls.
- Support office AV and conference room technology, including team events and all-hands meetings.
- Collaborate on technology rollouts and IT process improvements.
- Partner with Onboarding to procure equipment, set up accounts, and support new hires.
- Maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and common issues.
- Work with Workplace Services and People teams on company-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, AV, and network issues.
- Strong understanding of macOS environments, networking, and security.
- Comfortable using AI tools to automate tasks, write scripts, draft documentation, and solve problems.
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, service-oriented, and detail-oriented approach.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and protection of company data and systems.
