Finance Systems Administrator
Administers and improves the company’s financial systems ecosystem, integrations, reporting, and data governance while partnering closely with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and other business teams. Requires hands-on financial systems administration, Workato integration experience, and knowledge of core accounting processes.

Responsibilities
- Administer core financial systems, including NetSuite, Ramp, and Pigment; manage users, roles, permissions, configurations, workflows, forms, saved searches, and dashboards.
- Partner with Legal, Accounting, and Finance to understand month-end close, procure-to-pay, contracting, and order-to-cash processes and translate business needs into system solutions.
- Build, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations between finance platforms and business systems using standard integrations and iPaaS tools such as Workato.
- Investigate synchronization errors, resolve data discrepancies, and maintain accurate data flows.
- Support financial data integrity through imports, cleansing, deduplication, testing, governance, and controls.
- Build and maintain reports, saved searches, and dashboards; support ad hoc reporting.
- Triage system support requests, document processes and solutions, and assist with end-user training.
- Support configuration changes, sandbox testing, release readiness, and system updates.
- Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities and collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, Procurement, Operations, and Sales.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience administering financial systems such as NetSuite, Ramp, Pigment, Ironclad, or similar tools.
- Experience with iPaaS tools such as Workato and building and maintaining system integrations.
- Working knowledge of accounting and finance processes, including month-end close, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and explain system behavior to business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM, CPQ, and CLM tools and their impact on financial processes and data.
- Proficiency building reports, saved searches, and dashboards.
- Experience with data imports, cleansing, and deduplication.
- Familiarity with internal controls and system governance.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.
Nice-to-haves
- SuiteScript or SuiteFlow experience.
- Experience using AI and automation to improve financial operations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $106,000–$125,000 USD annually.
