Provides advanced technical support across infrastructure, networks, SaaS applications, and endpoint systems. The role administers identity, device-management, and security tools while owning complex issues and leading technology rollouts.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across networks, infrastructure, SaaS applications, servers, and file shares.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to improve system performance and user support.
- Own complex issues end to end, documenting outcomes and driving system improvements.
- Administer and configure cloud identity platforms, MDM automation, and MDR/XDR tools.
- Lead technology rollouts and system upgrades as part of company-wide infrastructure initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong experience with cloud identity management, including SSO, SAML 2.0, and MFA.
- Hands-on experience with MDM automation tools such as Google MDM, Kandji, or Intune.
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
- Familiarity with MDR/XDR platforms such as Sophos XDR, CrowdStrike, or Huntress.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems, IT documentation platforms, and SaaS management.
- Experience working as a project-oriented engineer and leading initiatives end to end.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years of IT systems experience.
- Experience working in large enterprises with significant user bases.
- Previous NOC/SOC experience.
