Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the company's scaled outbound motion.
- Build and optimize workflows for personalized, high-volume outreach using modern go-to-market tools.
- Partner closely with the Chief Growth Officer to generate pipeline.
- Integrate systems and create no-code/low-code automations.
- Apply scaled outbound strategies and deliverability best practices.
Requirements
- 1–3 years managing GTM workflows at a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience with Clay, Claude Code, Trigger.dev, Smartlead, HeyReach, n8n, or similar tools.
- Ability to integrate systems and create no-code/low-code automations.
- Familiarity with scaled outbound strategies and deliverability best practices.
Compensation & Benefits
- $120,000–$160,000 salary.
