Systems Analyst II
Build and operate tooling, integrations, automations, and AI-enabled workflows for Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams. The role requires 2–4 years of technical operations experience plus proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain tooling, integrations, and automations that increase efficiency and productivity for GTM teams.
- Partner with Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations stakeholders to identify workflow bottlenecks and translate them into scoped technical solutions.
- Work across the GTM technology stack, including Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Gong, Vitally, Sierra, or comparable platforms, to build and improve tooling and integrations.
- Analyze GTM data to surface insights, quantify impact, and make data-backed recommendations to leadership.
- Integrate AI and LLM-based capabilities into tools and workflows to drive automation and leverage.
- Own and deliver moderately scoped projects end-to-end, from problem framing through launch and iteration.
- Manage relationships with multiple GTM stakeholders and balance prioritization and tradeoffs.
- Write clean, reviewed code and follow strong technical hygiene.
- Mentor junior individual contributors and interns.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Systems, Business Operations, TechOps, Sales or Revenue Operations Engineering, or a related technical operations role.
- Familiarity with GTM tooling such as Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Gong, Vitally, Sierra, or comparable platforms, or the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Experience leading tools end-to-end, from evaluation and vendor selection through implementation, change management, and training coordination.
- Working proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs, with the ability to build and ship internal tools independently.
- Ability to pull, analyze, and present data-backed recommendations to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Experience or strong curiosity around embedding AI and LLM capabilities into tooling and workflows.
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to scope loosely defined business problems and drive them to shipped solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and balance competing priorities.
- Interest in building GTM-facing tools in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Compensation
- Expected salary range: $135,720–$169,650.
- Starting base pay depends on location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
- Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the total compensation package.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid role based in the San Francisco office.
- Minimum of three coordinated in-office days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work is available as a perk.
