Applied AI Engineer, GTM

Build and scale AI-enabled go-to-market systems that acquire, route, nurture, and convert leads into qualified pipeline. The role requires 2–5 years of GTM, growth, RevOps, or performance experience plus strong technical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Improve audience acquisition and identify new channels, segments, and signal-based opportunities that generate qualified pipeline.
  • Route leads into appropriate follow-up and nurture workflows based on fit, source, intent, and behavior.
  • Improve conversion across the funnel from lead to meeting, qualified meeting, and S1, with channel-level visibility.
  • Own the marketing technology and operational layer end to end, including campaigns, copy, workflows, and reporting.
  • Build AI-enabled systems that capture, enrich, route, nurture, and convert leads across channels.
  • Run data-driven experiments to scale effective acquisition and conversion tactics.
  • Automate content and workflows to reduce manual processing and improve response times.
  • Take on broader ownership of channels and acquisition mix as the funnel improves.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, RevOps, or performance roles.
  • Creative, commercially minded builder who can turn buyer insight and signals into pipeline.
  • Strong technical ability to build scalable workflows using modern GTM systems, data, automation, and AI.
  • Understanding of the full funnel from audience acquisition through qualified opportunities.
  • Ability to use data and buyer behavior to identify friction, test improvements, and scale results.
  • Understanding of how buyers discover and evaluate products across modern media channels.
  • Ability to gain cross-functional buy-in and execute new programs.
