GTM Engineer

Build and scale AI-powered systems that automate and improve go-to-market workflows, owning initiatives from experimentation through rollout and adoption. The role requires at least two years in a technical or operations role, API and automation experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Partner cross-functionally to understand go-to-market processes and workflows.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to apply AI to automate or augment GTM workflows while maintaining accuracy and scalability.
  • Use tools such as Clay, Attention, and Zapier, and build custom solutions with APIs, Python, JavaScript, and/or Google Apps Script.
  • Own projects end to end, from experimentation and prototyping through implementation, rollout, and training.
  • Track performance, adoption, and ROI of new systems and iterate based on results.
  • Experiment with emerging tools and approaches to advance GTM innovation.
  • Serve as an internal subject-matter expert on AI GTM tooling.
  • Help attract top-tier talent.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a technical or operations role, including experience improving or automating workflows with code and low-code/no-code tools.
  • Practical experience moving data across systems through APIs and webhooks.
  • Proven ability to take projects from experimentation and prototyping through rollout and adoption.
  • Strong interest in and experience with AI systems.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to track ROI, adoption, and system performance.
  • Hands-on experience with, or strong familiarity with, GTM processes such as sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, or recruiting.
  • Willingness to work in person 4–5 days per week.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
  • Admin-level experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Attention, or Outreach.

  • Annual salary range: $100,000–$190,000.
