GTM Engineer

Builds fast, pragmatic automations, AI-enabled workflows, and internal tools that improve Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. The role requires hands-on GTM systems experience, strong systems judgment, and the ability to independently turn ambiguous business problems into measurable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and ship workflows, automations, and internal tools that improve Sales and Customer Success operations.
  • Automate data capture, field population, handoffs, enrichment, and workflow steps across Salesforce, Gong, and other GTM systems.
  • Improve data quality by auto-populating important fields, enriching customer and pipeline data, and surfacing actionable signals.
  • Explore and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automation platforms to improve GTM productivity.
  • Balance fast bespoke builds with durable, enterprise-grade solutions where appropriate.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams to identify friction and generate high-value projects.
  • Own initiatives from problem identification through implementation, adoption, and iteration, measuring business impact, speed, and usability.

Requirements

  • Experience building workflows, automations, or internal tools in GTM, Revenue Operations, or adjacent technical roles, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • 2+ years working across GTM systems such as Salesforce, Gong, enrichment tools, and automation platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, Zapier, enrichment platforms, AI workflow tools, or similar technologies.
  • Strong systems judgment and ability to select appropriate solutions for bespoke versus enterprise-grade workflows.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, high-agency builder mindset.
  • Ability to turn loosely defined business problems into practical solutions with limited oversight.
  • Fluency with AI tools and emerging automation capabilities.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

  • US base salary range: $140,000–$175,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.
