Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Territory Account Executives through prospecting, discovery, competitive positioning, and closing.
- Join prospect and customer meetings to model effective selling, product fluency, value articulation, and deal strategy.
- Spend significant time in the field building local relationships and creating community-driven pipeline.
- Manage pipeline, KPIs, forecasts, coverage, risks, and opportunity progression across multiple markets.
- Run weekly pipeline, forecast, and deal reviews to drive accountability and predictable outcomes.
- Use data-backed insights to improve sales effectiveness and execution.
- Build a culture of trust, ownership, clear expectations, communication, and high performance.
- Hire, onboard, and develop Account Executives to ramp quickly, deepen product expertise, and exceed quota.
- Develop product and competitive expertise across the field sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in a rapidly scaling business.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably managing field Account Executives.
- Experience in high-transaction SaaS or financial services sales.
- Experience operating in a metrics-driven sales organization.
- Experience scaling and overseeing large field sales teams.
- Track record of building a high-performing culture through hands-on leadership and coaching.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior executives.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bias toward action and experimentation with thoughtful decision-making.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
