Responsibilities
- Lead the UKI Digital Native sales team and drive revenue growth through segment-specific sales strategies.
- Manage and develop Territory Account Executives and foster collaboration with solution engineering, customer success, and field marketing.
- Expand the team by partnering with global functional leaders and recruiting resources to attract top talent.
- Apply and influence sales methodology, driving best practices in technical selling, pipeline management, forecasting, and account strategy.
- Develop market strategies for digital-native companies with distributed teams, global infrastructures, and high scalability needs.
- Build trusted relationships with developers, engineering leaders, executives, and technical stakeholders.
- Oversee account planning, executive relationship mapping, deal reviews, forecast calls, and other business cadence activities.
- Balance high-velocity sales motions with long-term enterprise sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, developer-focused events, and external forums.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Travel within UKI as required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales leadership experience, including scaling high-performing teams selling to digital-native companies and developers.
- Experience selling cloud, security, performance, and networking solutions to technology-first organizations.
- Strong understanding of developer ecosystems, cloud-native architectures, APIs, and DevOps workflows.
- Experience navigating technical sales cycles with engineering and product teams.
- Demonstrated success managing long-term enterprise sales cycles and high-velocity sales motions.
- Track record of sales leadership overachievement and progression through promotions.
- Experience selling to SaaS, FinTech, eCommerce, media, or emerging digital industries.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust, SASE, and Internet performance optimization.
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated approach suited to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
