Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal technical advisor to enterprise clients, establishing trusted relationships and advising on Karat’s solutions.
- Partner with software engineers globally to analyze hiring processes and performance requirements and ensure solution alignment and product delivery.
- Present Karat’s technical solution to prospects as a subject-matter expert.
- Architect and implement initial interview frameworks for new enterprise clients.
- Conduct strategic customer reviews to align with business objectives and optimize performance.
- Design and deliver executive-level training for client stakeholders.
- Analyze performance data and calibrate assessment metrics with Content and Data teams.
- Translate findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Improve Customer Operations and go-to-market processes to deliver additional client value.
- Travel up to 20% for strategic meetings and industry events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in strategic technical account management, client success engineering, solutions/deployment engineering, or SaaS, technical, or financial-services consulting focused on technical implementation.
- Demonstrated success advising clients during onboarding and guiding complex implementation processes.
- Experience engaging directly with C-suite executives in a client-facing capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL.
- Client-facing experience with technical customers.
- Candidates must reside in Oregon or Washington.

Compensation
- Base salary varies by geographic location:
- GeoLo 2: $131,484.60–$148,187.25 USD
- GeoLo 3: $116,875.20–$131,722 USD
