Principal-level HRIS role leading Workday strategy, configuration, and integrations for a global all-remote company. Owns long-range roadmap, SOX compliance, cross-functional programs, and AI/automation initiatives across People systems.
Own end-to-end U.S. and Canadian benefits operations, support global benefits and compensation/equity processes, and drive People Ops improvements in a lean, scaling environment. Requires 8+ years in Total Rewards or HR operations with U.S./Canadian benefits expertise.
