Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to accelerate enterprise sales, acquire new logos, and expand existing customers.
  • Lead and manage a team of 6–9 Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring productivity, goal achievement, and professional development.
  • Coach Account Executives on enterprise inbound demand and outbound target accounts.
  • Hold the team accountable for revenue objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Build relationships with senior-level prospects and customers across the United States to advance deal cycles.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Solution Engineering teams on go-to-market strategy and product opportunities.
  • Improve sales processes, systems, and tools to increase productivity.
  • Establish and nurture partner relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry, experiential, and marketing events.
  • Hire and retain talent while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, mentorship, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of enterprise sales management experience.
  • Experience navigating and leading multimillion-dollar contract negotiations.
  • Experience with complex pursuit processes, proposal development, and persuasive oral presentations.
  • Consistent quota achievement across multiple periods.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong business acumen and experience working with large brands.
  • Deep experience engaging senior-level stakeholders and identifying business-growth opportunities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to ambiguity and changing business needs.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40%.
