Manages and grows enterprise subscription accounts through renewals, expansion, cross-selling, and relationship development. Requires 8+ years of relevant account management experience, subscription-sales expertise, quota success, and Salesforce proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the renewal cycle for subscription relationships.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage client interactions with a focus on account expansion, subscription renewals, and achieving 115%+ net retention.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to deliver excellent client service and customer experience.
- Coordinate with the Product team to identify product and platform enhancement opportunities.
- Track and analyze KPIs and product usage to determine account relationship-management strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in account management or strategic account management.
- Experience selling subscription-based solutions to buy-side, sell-side, or law-firm clients.
- Ability to build relationships and business partnerships that meet or exceed net-retention targets.
- Proven success achieving quota and retention targets.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and responsiveness across multiple workstreams.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $220,000–$260,000.
- Eligible for a quarterly on-target incentive.
