Account Manager, Enterprise

Responsibilities

  • Manage a select portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, focusing on long-term growth and retention.
  • Develop and execute account plans to expand adoption and increase consumption revenue.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to scope, design, and deliver complex customer solutions.
  • Own and exceed a consumption-based revenue target; maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Analyze account metrics to identify trends, surface insights, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Lead customer engagements, including QBRs, executive briefings, customer advisory boards, conferences, product launches, and industry events.
  • Track developments across the AI and generative media landscape to inform customer strategy and product feedback.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience selling to software developers, engineering teams, or data teams in enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience managing portfolios exceeding $10 million in annual revenue.
  • 3+ years of achieving or exceeding quota.
  • Expertise designing and executing complex, multi-stakeholder deal strategies.
  • Experience working directly with C-level executives and navigating large enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience leading customer events and synthesizing customer insights.

Compensation and Benefits
