Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of approximately 60–70 enterprise customers, with responsibility for retention, expansion, and account health.
Lead customer conversations with operators, directors, VPs, and C-suite executives to drive alignment and business outcomes.
Manage renewals and growth opportunities end to end, including needs identification, solution design, positioning, and negotiation.
Drive product adoption by helping customers understand features, optimize workflows, and leverage Ramp’s platform.
Create scalable account plans covering risks, opportunities, and long-term strategy.
Run status calls, optimization reviews, roadmap conversations, and QBRs.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Solutions teams.
Surface customer feedback to inform enterprise product and process improvements.
Analyze account performance and communicate financial value using data and insights.
Travel occasionally for customer on-sites, events, and internal summits.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar revenue-focused role.
Experience managing enterprise or large mid-market accounts, ideally in a scaled book model.
Familiarity with fintech, payments, finance/accounting, or B2B SaaS.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close renewals and upsell opportunities.
Ability to explain product workflows, integrations, and technical requirements to financial and technical stakeholders.
Ability to articulate ROI, cost savings, operational efficiency, and modernization impacts.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including comfort with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or growth targets in a fast-paced environment.
High ownership, adaptability, and comfort working through ambiguity.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary range: $250,000–$340,000.
