EPM Consultant - DACH

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to transform existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated multidimensional models.
• Understand and document business requirements.
• Design and build corresponding Pigment applications.
• Train and co-build with customers so they become self-sufficient in the solution.
• Participate in or lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment.
• Integrate source software and migration solutions using connectors and APIs.
• Act as the link between customer stakeholders and the product team to help develop the planning platform.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve methodology and processes.

Requirements

• Build complex systems and explain them clearly to stakeholders so they are simple to use and maintain.
• Work effectively with large volumes of unstructured data, including structuring and validating it.
• Learn new domains quickly and adapt to diverse customer use cases and businesses.
• Build trusted relationships with empathy and dedication.
• Think strategically and work comfortably in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs.
• Meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with limited supervision.
• Fluent English; French or additional European languages are advantageous.

Education

• MBA or another relevant advanced degree preferred.
