Supports Datadog channel partners through technical onboarding, enablement, demonstrations, proofs of value, and adoption initiatives. Requires hands-on IT development or operations experience, strong presentation skills, and current EU residency.

Responsibilities
- Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.
- Participate in joint business planning and review sessions with partner technical teams.
- Support partner technical initiatives, including customer demonstrations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, assessments, advice, and coaching.
- Advocate for partners’ technical concerns, including use cases, feature requests, and support issues, and help drive them to resolution.
- Analyze partner service offerings and recommend ways to increase the adoption and value of Datadog capabilities.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify and prioritize features and capabilities.
- Curate and improve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and customer success.
Requirements
- Solid technical foundation with hands-on IT development and/or operations experience.
- Demonstrated track record of continuous learning.
- Ability to articulate product value to both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Must currently reside in the European Union.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Observability: Datadog, Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic, or Dynatrace
- Public cloud: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Cloud Foundry
- Development and scripting: Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, or Go
- Configuration management: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- CI/CD: Jenkins or GitLab
Additional preferred experience:
- Technical roles supporting channel partners, systems integrators, or managed service providers
- Datadog or cloud monitoring tools, including APM, infrastructure monitoring, logs, synthetics, or network performance monitoring
- Root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging
