Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for strategic customer implementations spanning architectural design, data engineering, identity resolution, audience activation, and agent deployment.
- Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams on engagement strategies that drive Customer Lake adoption from Customer 360 development through CDP augmentation or replacement.
- Advise CMOs, MarTech leaders, data engineering leaders, and marketing and analytics teams as a trusted Solutions Architect.
- Deliver workshops, proofs of concept, presentations, demos, and customer-facing technical collateral.
- Translate field insights into recommendations for Product and Engineering roadmap development.
- Serve as a tier-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges in customer-facing data environments.
- Establish and improve sales qualification and POC intake processes.
- Collaborate with global system integrators and third-party consulting organizations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer data platforms, marketing technology, or customer data engineering, including 3+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales, or consulting role.
- Experience designing and implementing data and AI applications for marketing and customer engagement, including identity resolution, segmentation, personalization, next-best action, and agentic AI workflows.
- Deep familiarity with CDP and MarTech/AdTech platforms, including composable CDP architectures and implementation, identity resolution, audience activation, and migration strategies.
- Understanding of first-party and third-party data, enrichment data, identity graphs, consent and privacy signals, and marketing activation destinations.
- Experience operationalizing governed customer data products, including audience and segment definition in SQL or natural language, reverse ETL and activation pipelines, and metric, identity, and consent governance.
- Hands-on experience building solutions in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe, Segment, Treasure Data, Braze, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Databricks Customer Lake, Unity Catalog, Genie, or agentic CDP architectures.
- Experience working with global system integrators on marketing and customer data initiatives.
