Technical Adoption Architect, EMEA

Technical Adoption Architects guide enterprise customers from proof of value through implementation and adoption by designing contracting workflows, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions. The role requires 4+ years of software professional services or consulting experience, strong discovery and solution-design skills, and practical AI fluency.

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account teams and Adoption Strategists to drive customer adoption from pre-sales requirements gathering and proof-of-value through strategic roadmapping, phased implementation, activation, and adoption.
  • Validate product and solution fit, customer risks, success measures, and critical requirements; translate findings into practical paths to value.
  • Design and build customer contracting processes in Ironclad, including configured workflows, templates, and integrations.
  • Apply platform architecture and technical solution-design judgment, including recommendations on integrations, sequencing, maintainability, and extensibility.
  • Own high-value customer use cases end to end, determining technical approaches and phased scope based on customer goals and adoption outcomes.
  • Advise customers on safe and effective use of AI throughout the contracting lifecycle, including capabilities, limitations, risks, and controls.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders across Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT, and executive teams; identify adoption risks and support organizational change.
  • Lead executive-level demos, workshops, and enablement sessions, communicating value, recommendations, and tradeoffs.
  • Help customers own, maintain, and expand the platform over the long term.
  • Share customer insights and product expertise with the Product team.
  • Collaborate with Account Teams, Adoption Strategists, Enterprise Architects, Forward Deployed Engineering, Legal AI Specialists, Support, and Success teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional services and/or consulting experience with software companies.
  • Ability to connect technical decisions to customer value, adoption outcomes, and long-term platform ownership.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish customer relationships, manage expectations and escalations, and hold customers accountable.
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise organizational structures and align decision-makers, executive sponsors, influencers, and blockers.
  • Strong consultative discovery skills, including uncovering goals, identifying buying criteria, validating fit, surfacing constraints, defining success measures, and translating requirements into solution approaches and phased roadmaps.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and making decisions about scope, priorities, and sequencing.
  • Strong AI consulting instincts and practical AI fluency, including the ability to explain AI concepts and advise on responsible use in contracting workflows.
  • Transformation mindset focused on adoption milestones and business outcomes.
  • Ownership mentality for customer success and practical adoption execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-ready recommendations, tradeoff communication, facilitation, and expectation-setting.

Benefits

  • Private medical and dental insurance, life assurance, and income protection for UK employees.
  • Generous leave policies, including parental, medical, and compassionate leave.
  • Family-forming support through Maven.
  • Monthly wellbeing and hybrid-work stipends, and phone stipends where applicable.
  • Standard pension contribution scheme.
