Responsibilities
- Manage and execute enterprise-level customer projects using the Tulip no-code platform.
- Work alongside customers and partners to develop and implement Tulip solutions.
- Provide ongoing customer technical support and build and maintain customer relationships.
- Contribute to internal process development, improvement, and collaboration.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide insights and feedback based on customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of work experience.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Basic coding skills and familiarity with SQL and REST APIs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proactive, self-starting attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Experience working in a startup environment or readiness to work in one.
Nice to Have
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
- French fluency.
