Solutions Architect - Post Sales

Owns post-sale technical relationships with strategic customers, designing SaaS integrations and driving platform adoption and measurable business outcomes. The role requires strong Python skills, customer-facing delivery experience, and the ability to communicate architecture and value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic customers, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring the platform is embedded in customer ecosystems.
  • Design and deliver integrations between the platform and customer technologies, including policy administration systems, data warehouses, BI tools, and identity providers.
  • Develop value-realization plans that connect technical delivery to measurable business outcomes, such as faster quote turnaround, reduced pricing errors, and stronger management information.
  • Build AI-first consulting and delivery artifacts, including reusable frameworks, templates, and innovation outputs.
  • Manage delivery scope, surface risks, and coordinate with Customer Success Managers, Delivery Leads, and customer technical teams.
  • Share technical patterns and best practices through internal sessions and reusable toolkits.

Requirements

  • High-standard Python programming skills.
  • Experience supporting technical delivery of SaaS platform integrations in a team environment.
  • Experience building positive technical relationships with IT, data, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain technical decisions and delivery progress to non-technical stakeholders in outcome-focused terms.
  • Experience in a post-sale or customer-facing technical role, such as Junior Solution Architect, Technical Support, or Implementation Analyst.
  • Experience using AI or automation tools to improve work quality, speed, or consistency.
  • Experience supporting delivery processes, including project planning, risk identification, and team coordination.

Nice to have

  • AWS architecture experience.
  • SQL experience.
  • Foundational computer science or software development knowledge.
