Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
- Own paid social advertising end-to-end across LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels, including strategy, execution, creative coordination, budget management, and optimization.
- Support management of the paid search program in partnership with agency partners, helping optimize and scale the program.
- Partner with the Director of Growth Marketing on paid media budget management.
- Monitor spend and performance across channels to ensure budget is allocated effectively.
Campaign Operations
- Build and maintain campaign infrastructure in HubSpot, including forms, programs, automations, and integrations with advertising platforms.
- Partner with the GTM engineer and lifecycle marketer to build HubSpot workflows for lead follow-up and routing.
- Coordinate campaign assets with the creative team, including paid social creative, display images, and landing pages.
Website Optimization
- Run conversion rate optimization testing across the website.
- Execute SEO and AEO initiatives using AirOps.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve on-site conversion and organic/LLM visibility.
Reporting
- Help maintain dashboards connecting marketing spend, particularly paid media, to pipeline, opportunities, and revenue.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in growth or demand generation marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience owning a paid social program end-to-end, including strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of paid search and Google Ads, with the ability to partner with an agency and assume direct execution over time.
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot, including forms, workflows, programs, and reporting.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort connecting paid media activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Experience building marketing infrastructure and repeatable systems.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, lifecycle, GTM engineering, and agency partners.
- Comfort with CRO testing tools and methodology.
- Exposure to SEO fundamentals.
