Responsibilities
- Translate global messaging pillars and product launches into integrated program playbooks for regional Field Marketing teams.
- Design, launch, and manage scalable global demand programs, including meeting-maker campaigns, direct mailers, virtual research summits, and persona-aligned webinar series.
- Partner with CXO and Campaign teams on programs tailored to CISO and CIO buyer narratives.
- Build and maintain turnkey “Event-in-a-Box” frameworks and playbooks for consistent regional execution.
- Support campaigns that educate the install base and drive product adoption, upsell, and expansion.
- Standardize program reporting and post-campaign assessments.
- Provide Field Marketing and Sales/BDR teams with actionable insights, lead enablement assets, and clear service-level agreements to improve pipeline conversion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign operations, or global program management.
- Deep understanding of multichannel execution across webinars, digital events, direct mail, executive roundtables, and content syndication.
- Exceptional collaboration skills and experience driving alignment across global field teams, Product Marketing, CXO, Digital, and revenue organizations in a matrixed environment.

- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or a high-growth technology company.
- Experience aligning campaign themes with Product Marketing launch calendars, executive persona narratives, and sales pipeline goals.
- Experience using campaign performance dashboards to track pipeline influence and ROI.
- Ability to prioritize, solve problems independently, and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Base salary: $142,000–$194,000 USD annually.
- Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, and benefits.
