Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to Account Management leadership, identifying where enablement can drive measurable impact.
- Use data analysis, field insights, and stakeholder input to identify performance trends, capability gaps, and whitespace opportunities.
- Shape and maintain the Account Management enablement strategy and roadmap, including playbooks, skills-based training, and certifications.
- Design, launch, and measure enablement programs that improve Account Manager performance and increase expansion pipeline generation.
- Establish a consistent sales motion between Account Executives and Account Managers across the customer lifecycle.
- Drive adoption of sales processes and consistent execution across the global Account Management organization.
- Partner with Product Enablement, Product Marketing, and GTM Enablement on messaging, competitive intelligence, and product knowledge.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from opportunity identification through design, alignment, execution, and measurement.
- Deliver high-impact enablement sessions and launch initial programs within the first 90 days.
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks covering leading and lagging indicators.
- Use AI and technology to improve the effectiveness, reach, and scalability of enablement programs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or a GTM-focused role supporting Account Management, Post-Sales, or expansion-selling motions.
- Strong understanding of Account Management or Post-Sales organizations, customer needs, expansion motions, and Account Manager performance drivers.
- Proven experience leading programs from needs identification through design, launch, and measurement, with measurable results in NRR, pipeline generation, or account growth.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn performance insights into practical recommendations.
- Experience using Gong, Highspot, Seismic, and CRM reporting.
- Working knowledge of B2B SaaS sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
- Experience partnering with executives, senior stakeholders, frontline managers, and cross-functional teams including AE, AM, PMM, and Rev Ops.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, create structure, balance strategic thinking with action, and work effectively in high-growth environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for global audiences.
- Willingness to use AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
