Responsibilities
- Identify, deconstruct, and rebuild Commercial and XDR processes using data, AI, and automation.
- Own enablement programs end to end, including intake, scoping, delivery, frontline manager (FLM) activation, and measurement.
- Partner with Commercial and XDR leadership to identify performance gaps and design programs that improve outcomes.
- Use performance data, engagement metrics, and leading and lagging indicators to prioritize and iterate programs.
- Create coaching playbooks, deal frameworks, renewal and expansion playbooks, outbound execution resources, prospecting materials, and pipeline-generation playbooks.
- Consult on brief-library needs and partner on distribution strategy.
- Co-design cross-segment initiatives and own Commercial- and XDR-specific customization and delivery.
- Deliver FLM activation content for weekly one-on-ones and pipeline reviews.
- Partner with onboarding teams to embed relevant content into new-hire experiences.
- Track engagement and attribution and report on Commercial and XDR outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, enablement, content strategy, or product marketing at a SaaS or technology company.
- Track record of building and delivering enablement programs that change seller behavior at scale.
- Ability to train experienced salespeople with credibility.
- Experience producing, curating, and distributing multi-format enablement content for multiple personas.
- Strong editorial judgment and prioritization skills.
- Proven cross-functional influence without direct authority.
- AI fluency, including practical use of AI and automation to improve workflows.
- Data-driven approach and comfort using CRM platforms and performance dashboards.
- Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and build processes in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $140,000–$190,000.
