Responsibilities
- Develop and own a global Afterpay and Cash App enablement and training strategy for Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams across North America, the United Kingdom, and APAC.
- Educate go-to-market teams on value propositions, product launches, business updates, selling skills, opportunity frameworks, and continuous learning.
- Build AI-enabled tools and support teams in using AI capabilities effectively.
- Own and manage the internal content platform, keeping it current, organized, engaging, and widely adopted.
- Partner with revenue leadership to identify and prioritize improvements to sales-skills programs.
- Facilitate training classes while managing programs and strategic planning.
- Scale programs globally while addressing the distinct needs of individual markets.
- Communicate product and business updates through email and live presentations.
- Collaborate with B2B content and other go-to-market functions to maximize internal content engagement and utilization.
- Measure and communicate the impact of learning and development programs on sales performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience in sales, sales training, sales enablement, learning and development, or a related field.
- Experience working directly within sales organizations.
- Strong knowledge of learning methodologies and facilitation techniques, particularly for sales teams.
- Fluency with AI tools and a demonstrated history of using them to scale programs.
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception through completion in an organized, professional manner.
- Experience facilitating learning through in-person and virtual instruction, experiential learning, and asynchronous or on-demand platforms.
- Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders to understand the needs of global sales organizations and develop effective enablement solutions.
- Ability to execute against swift deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Compensation
- U.S. pay range: $135,800–$245,400 USD, depending on location zone, skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
