Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop SMB Account Executives and SDRs.
- Own pipeline and revenue targets across prospecting, qualification, and the full sales cycle.
- Develop repeatable prospecting and sales playbooks for SMB healthcare organizations.
- Establish performance metrics, operating rhythms, and coaching programs.
- Maintain forecasting, pipeline management, and activity reporting in Salesforce.
- Partner with Marketing to generate demand, refine messaging, and improve lead conversion.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and RevOps on customer experience and go-to-market strategy.
- Identify market trends, share customer feedback, and influence product development.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor additional team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales management experience, including direct leadership of Account Executives and SDRs.
- 2+ years of experience selling SaaS products in an Account Executive role.
- Track record of leading teams to exceed pipeline and revenue goals.
- Strong coaching skills across prospecting and full-cycle sales motions.
- High self-motivation, ownership, and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Salesforce experience.
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $120,000–$150,000, plus $60,000 variable compensation.
