Sales Onboarding Manager
The Sales Onboarding Manager will build, operate, and scale a measurable onboarding and certification program for Fieldguide’s sales organization. The role requires 4+ years in sales enablement or training, hands-on LMS experience, strong facilitation, and expertise in competency-based learning design.

Responsibilities
- Own the Sales onboarding program end to end, including strategy, design, logistics, delivery, and iteration.
- Build 30/60/90-day benchmarks with Sales leaders.
- Create a scalable, measurable onboarding system with role-specific learning paths, knowledge checks, certification standards, and ramp milestones tied to business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain content across live and virtual training, self-serve e-learning, role-plays, checklists, job aids, and playbooks.
- Translate sales methodology and value frameworks into onboarding modules, reinforcement activities, and practical application exercises.
- Design and administer certification programs to validate representative readiness before customer and prospect engagements.
- Set success metrics, monitor performance, and use data to guide program improvements.
- Manage multiple programs with clear timelines and transparent stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a closely related field within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Hands-on experience building programs in a modern learning management or enablement platform.
- Demonstrated success designing and scaling onboarding programs, ideally across Sales and/or Customer Success.
- Experience with competency mapping and role-based learning design.
- Background enabling teams through complex sales cycles or customer relationships involving enterprise, technical, or multiple stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to lead sessions for growing audiences.
- Data-driven approach to setting and evaluating success metrics.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, adapt to changing priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation
- Annual salary range: $105,000–$130,000.
