Build and own enablement curricula and learning experiences for Global Commercial Customer Success, from objectives and practice through assessment and launch. The role requires 4–5 years of enablement, learning and development, sales, revenue operations, or related experience, plus instructional design and adult learning expertise.

Responsibilities
- Build curriculum for Global Commercial Customer Success, including instructor-led materials, facilitator guides, eLearning, job aids, simulations, and assessments.
- Design role-specific onboarding, everboarding, and on-demand learning journeys.
- Translate performance expectations into observable behaviors and proficiency standards.
- Partner with Program Management, Strategy & Operations, subject matter experts, facilitators, operations teams, and test audiences to identify performance needs and deliver learning programs.
- Define learning objectives and assessments, and incorporate practice, reinforcement, and refresher paths to drive behavior change.
- Manage multi-week content projects, build schedules, quality standards, and launch timelines.
- Maintain program accuracy, consistency, and relevance after launch.
- Use AI for scripting, storyboards, assessment drafting, and learner-feedback analysis; coach peers on responsible AI-assisted content creation.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, Sales, Revenue Operations, or a similar field.
- Track record designing and building enablement content with measurable learner impact.
- Working knowledge of adult learning principles and a learning design methodology such as ADDIE or equivalent.
- Ability to design intuitive learning materials across instructor-led, eLearning, simulation, and job-aid modalities.
- Ability to independently manage multi-week content projects and deliver quality work on short timelines.
- Experience partnering with subject matter experts and stakeholders in a go-to-market organization.
- Comfort using completion, assessment, and learner-feedback data to identify gaps and improve programs.
- Understanding of sales processes and challenges in a high-velocity environment.
- Familiarity with a sales methodology such as Command of the Message, MEDDICC, Sandler, Challenger, or value-based selling.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in Sales, Sales Development, Sales Leadership, or Sales Operations.
- Formal instructional design or adult learning training, such as ATD CPTD or CPLP.
- Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Experience with a learning management system and content authoring tools.
- Experience building content facilitated by others.
- Basic understanding of observability, DevOps, or cloud technologies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated annual salary: $116,000–$154,000 USD.
