Social & Creators Lead
Own social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram while building and managing influencer/creator partnerships and thought leadership content to drive awareness and engagement for Juicebox.

Responsibilities
- Own Juicebox's social strategy and execution across all channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
- Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships, from identifying targets to running full campaigns and creator programs
- Work closely with executives and leadership team to drive thought leadership content on LinkedIn
- Design promotions and giveaways that incentivize customers to create and share content about Juicebox
- Manage and edit work from external agencies and contributors
- Identify new opportunities and channels to grow our social presence
- Move quickly — ship content in near real-time rather than waiting on long production cycles
- Help make social and influencer marketing a major growth channel for Juicebox
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience, ideally in social media, content, or influencer marketing
- Comfortable creating original social content yourself, including video (nice to have)
- A strong sense of brand voice and what makes content resonate
- Ability to work with external partners and agencies while maintaining a consistent voice
- Strong ownership mentality and comfort operating in ambiguity
