Responsibilities
- Partner with Campaigns, Product Marketing, and Communications to align content themes with brand-awareness and full-funnel campaign goals.
- Create and deliver content in formats including blog posts, eBooks, whitepapers, emails, and scripts, covering platform narratives, use cases, and product benefits.
- Craft compelling headlines, hooks, and marketing copy.
- Collaborate with thought leaders, product experts, and writers as an editor to maintain quality and tone across written and multimedia assets.
- Maintain a high standard for writing quality and visual presentation.
- Use data, analytics, and GEO/AEO tools to evaluate content performance and improve future content.
- Identify opportunities to make content more modern, relevant, and actionable.
- Use AI to accelerate content production while applying human judgment to tone and quality.
- Coordinate with Content Operations, Brand, Product Marketing, Events, and Campaigns teams to deliver assignments on time.
- Build and monitor baseline content-performance metrics and use insights to improve content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant program or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, journalism, or a similar field.
- Portfolio of written work for technology brands.

Compensation and benefits
- Base salary range: 114,000 - 191,400 USD.
- Potential eligibility for bonus, commission, equity, and benefits.
