Senior Enterprise Acquisition & Customer Marketing Manager
Build Scribe’s enterprise customer marketing and advocacy engine through content, testimonials, webinars, and Customer Advisory Board programs. The role combines executive relationship-building, cross-functional demand generation, and analytical ownership of pipeline influence and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the voice of the enterprise customer and develop deep familiarity with enterprise buyers, their content preferences, and trust signals.
- Own the strategy, roadmap, development, publishing, and distribution of enterprise customer content across relevant formats and channels.
- Develop and publish customer testimonials.
- Launch and manage a Customer Advisory Board program, including recruiting enterprise leaders, creating participant value, and maintaining relationships between sessions.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and related teams to connect content and revenue, route and activate leads, and improve follow-up.
- Set, forecast, and report against pipeline targets using metrics such as MQLs, influenced pipeline, and conversion.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in enterprise customer marketing, content marketing, demand generation, or a closely related field focused on enterprise B2B audiences.
- Proven experience building enterprise customer programs, including content, webinars, or events, with demonstrated influence on qualified pipeline.
- Experience building or running Customer Advisory Boards, executive engagement programs, or similar high-touch audience programs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with pipeline attribution, success metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Demand Generation to route and activate leads from content and events programs.
- Ability to build direct external relationships with enterprise leaders and own content distribution and revenue accountability.
