Responsibilities

  • Set Ramp’s social strategy, raise the creative bar, and focus the calendar on fewer, more consequential moments.
  • Decide when Ramp, employees, executives, creators, customers, or partners should lead stories, and build distribution plans around them.
  • Help employees and executives post credibly through guidance, coaching, and amplification.
  • Build a reliable approach to community management and social support, including a contractor bench.
  • Coordinate producers, influencers, Brand, Communications, Growth, Support, and visibility teams on priority work.
  • Establish a social scorecard and use insights to improve performance over time.

Requirements

  • 2+ years leading strategic social or related marketing programs at a technology, consumer, or media company.
  • Experience building social strategy and its operating model, including prioritization, agency management, workflows, measurement, and executive alignment.
  • Excellent editorial judgment and understanding of credible, native content across LinkedIn, X, Meta, YouTube, and emerging community channels.
  • Experience with performance and brand measurement, distinguishing correlation from impact, and running disciplined tests.
