Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Partners during sales cycles to provide technical expertise that unlocks new business and accelerates deal closure.
- Lead technical discovery with advertisers and agencies, covering data flows, martech stacks, measurement requirements, and activation goals.
- Design implementation approaches for pixels, APIs, server-to-server integrations, identity solutions, offline conversions, and measurement frameworks.
- Guide advertisers through onboarding and launch readiness, including tracking, attribution, audience signals, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot implementation, signal quality, delivery, and measurement issues.
- Build demos, proofs of concept, and technical narratives for advertising solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Policy, Operations, Client Partners, and Customer Success to resolve issues, advocate for customers, and influence the roadmap.
- Create technical documentation, playbooks, and best practices to scale advertiser adoption globally.
- Train sales and success teams on technical capabilities, integrations, and product features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical account management, adtech, martech, or a related client-facing technical role.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising measurement, pixels, conversion APIs, mobile measurement, identity solutions, or CRM/data integrations.
- Understanding of advertiser ecosystems, including tag managers, CDPs, analytics tools, attribution platforms, and data warehouses.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical practitioners and executive stakeholders.
- Experience writing SQL, using APIs, debugging implementation issues, or working with structured datasets.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and building processes from scratch.
- Strong ownership, bias for action, and customer empathy.
