Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand their critical audio and voice AI needs and identify their biggest pain points.
• Identify relevant use cases through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows, and work with engineers to implement voice and audio AI technology into innovative solutions.
• Design and architect bespoke customer integrations, ensuring the technology fits seamlessly into products and operations.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models.
• Present results and future-work proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into software products and AI models.
• Build and deliver demos of voice and audio AI technology to new and existing customers.
• Scope potential applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors globally.
• Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners, delivering hands-on, high-impact solutions.
• Collaborate with customers' engineering and executive teams to optimize implementation of the company's technologies.

Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity, including through student clubs or side projects.
• Basic proficiency in Python and an understanding of API integration for scripts, prototypes, and demos.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to summarize complex technical concepts and apply logic to identify optimal solutions.
• Proven ability to take ownership of complex projects and deliver results.
• Adaptability across different customer environments and technical use cases.
• Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models and their applications.
