Implementation Engineer
Provides technical customer guidance for integrating and operating APIs across web and mobile applications. The role requires JavaScript automation, API troubleshooting, strong communication, and 3–6 years of customer-facing technical experience.

Responsibilities
- Guide and assist customers with integrating APIs into web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with development teams during customer onboarding and integration.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and solutions.
- Analyze internal logs to diagnose customer issues.
- Monitor API usage and performance and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Create JavaScript code snippets and tailored integration recommendations.
- Develop automation scripts for API testing, validation, and monitoring.
- Conduct customer training sessions and webinars.
- Create and maintain documentation for self-service support.
- Build customer relationships and support API product success.
- Work with Customer Success Managers to onboard, retain, and grow customers.
- Relay customer feedback to product development teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3–6 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably involving API products.
- Strong JavaScript proficiency and experience creating automation scripts.
- Understanding of API concepts, RESTful architecture, and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with macOS and remote-work tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with API testing tools and frameworks.
- Mobile app development experience.
- SQL experience.
