Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and data health for strategic and high-value clients, including enhancements to data quality and technology-stack integration.
- Align with pre-sales teams and consult with prospects and clients to define business goals and metrics that guide data architecture and project outcomes.
- Engage with customers’ engineering, product management, and marketing teams on technical onboarding, Mixpanel deployment optimization, and data trust.
- Deliver technical services including data architecture consultations, adoption guidance, and change-management best practices.
- Create scalable data governance practices and improve data trust through data optimization and re-implementation projects.
- Execute deliverables while managing project timelines, scope, and unanticipated issues.
- Collaborate with technical and solutions partners on data optimization and onboarding projects.
- Sponsor internal engagements with product and engineering teams to prioritize client-driven product and systems work.
- Build AI automations to help customers manage data at scale.
- Consult with customers on integrating agentic workflows with Mixpanel data.
Requirements
- Experience querying, modeling, and transforming data using at least one core tool, such as SQL, dbt, Python, business intelligence tools, or product analytics tools.
- Familiarity with databases and cloud data warehouses such as Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, or Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with product analytics implementation methods, including SDKs, customer data platforms, event streaming, and reverse ETL.
- Knowledge of analytics best practices across business segments and verticals.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple client stakeholders while managing scope and timelines.
- Experience embedding AI into workflows, using MCP servers, building skills, setting context, and advising customers on AI and data strategy.
- Experience in customer success, client-facing professional services, consulting, or technical project management.
- Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong process and project delivery discipline.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving customer needs.
