Responsibilities
- Define and drive Nourish’s health plan partnership strategy.
- Lead end-to-end relationships with top health plans and represent Nourish to C-suite leaders.
- Build strategic relationships and executive networks with payer leaders.
- Design, craft, and negotiate innovative agreements, including value-based care models.
- Communicate Nourish’s value proposition to VP- and C-suite audiences, tailoring messages to payer priorities.
- Bring payer insights to product, clinical, growth, and operations teams to inform strategy and new products.
- Manage complex, senior-level stakeholder conversations and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience combining strategy work, such as management consulting or business operations, with commercial or go-to-market experience.
- Experience working directly with health plans is preferred.
- Strong commercial mindset and executive presence.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives and influence VP- and C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience leading complex client or stakeholder conversations.
- Strategic, adaptable approach to testing ideas and iterating based on feedback.
- Excellent operational and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative and cross-functional approach across partnerships, growth, product, clinical, and operations teams.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and 0-to-1 work.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time role with in-person work expected 3–4 days per week and some remote flexibility.
- Occasional travel to conferences and priority payer meetings.
