Responsibilities
- Build and execute territory and consultant-partnership plans focused on high-potential firms, offices, contacts, and employer accounts.
- Develop relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, advisory firms, practice leaders, clinical experts, actuaries, producers, and account teams.
- Generate consultant-influenced pipeline through targeted engagement plans, warm introductions, executive meetings, and business-case opportunities.
- Lead strategic relationships with national and regional consulting firms through joint plans, business reviews, education, and growth initiatives.
- Create and activate referral, reseller, data-sharing, and other channel partnerships with cross-functional teams.
- Educate consultants on clinical models, technology, outcomes, claims-based ROI, member experience, and HingeSelect.
- Present and demonstrate solutions at meetings, briefings, webinars, continuing-education sessions, conferences, roundtables, and partner events.
- Translate clinical, actuarial, product, contracting, and implementation topics into clear stories for consultants and their clients.
- Partner with Sales, Client Success, Clinical, Product, Marketing, Health Economics, Health Plan Partnerships, Ecosystem Partnerships, Legal, and Operations.
- Share consultant feedback, market intelligence, competitive insight, and objections with internal teams.
- Maintain Salesforce activity, relationship, opportunity, and partner-involvement data.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling health technology, employee benefits, healthcare services, or related solutions through consultant, broker, or advisory channels.
- Established relationships and market knowledge within benefits consulting, brokerage, or healthcare advisory firms.
- Demonstrated success building partnerships and expanding strategic relationships.
- Experience generating pipeline and closing complex, consultative B2B opportunities through indirect or partner channels.
- Strong executive presence, presentation, discovery, storytelling, negotiation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to discuss clinical evidence, claims-based ROI, analytics, pricing, contracting, implementation, and competitive positioning.
- Ability to create and execute business plans while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong project management, organization, follow-through, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Working proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30–50%.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience negotiating channel, referral, reseller, data-sharing, or revenue-based partnership agreements.
- Experience selling digital MSK, benefits, health plans, clinical services, or adjacent healthcare solutions.
- Experience leading consultant education, continuing-education programs, executive roundtables, or partner councils.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $110,800–$198,000 annually.
