Responsibilities
- Own the multi-year data supply and partnership strategy across domains and geographies.
- Make build, buy, partner, or acquire recommendations for major data opportunities and present them to executive leadership.
- Build and manage co-sell and joint go-to-market motions with strategic partners, including commercial structures, enablement, and pipeline accountability.
- Source and shape acquisition opportunities, developing ownership theses and partnering on diligence and integration planning.
- Manage the supplier portfolio end to end, including sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, renewal, rationalization, total portfolio cost, and cost per usable record.
- Design data evaluations measuring net-new lift, coverage, accuracy, freshness, and match rate.
- Build senior partner relationships and drive outcomes across product, engineering, sales, legal, and procurement.
- Move agreements through Legal, Privacy, Security, and Procurement while ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and regional data protection requirements.
Requirements
- 8+ years in data partnerships, strategic partnerships, business development, or data acquisition, with ownership of external relationships and commercial outcomes.
- Experience negotiating and closing third-party data agreements involving revenue share, reciprocal exchange, co-development, exclusivity, or joint go-to-market.
- Experience building supply or partnership strategy for a category.
- Ability to analyze evaluation results, challenge methodologies, and assess genuine coverage gains.
- Deep knowledge of B2B data domains, including firmographics, contact, identity, intent, and technographics.
- Fluency with GDPR, CCPA, and data sourcing, usage, and redistribution constraints.
- Commercial ownership of a spend envelope or partnership P&L, including consolidation and termination decisions.
Nice-to-Haves
- Business development, corporate strategy, or M&A experience involving data-asset sourcing, diligence, or integration.
- Experience running co-sell or alliance motions with revenue accountability.
- Experience acquiring global data from regional suppliers, public business registries, or non-US sources.
- Familiarity with multi-source enrichment economics, waterfalls, per-match pricing, and the identity data ecosystem.
Compensation and Benefits
- US base salary: $143,500–$225,500 USD.
- Additional compensation may include bonus, commission, equity, and other benefits.
